Today I am particularly focused on how AI is reshaping the customer interface in retail and FMCG — from internal process excellence to service models, personalization, and agent-driven commerce. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operating model, and practical implementation.
Beyond executive management, I am active in industry thought leadership — a resident member of Retail Academy Russia, contributor to Future of Retail in Russia 2025–2030, guest lecturer at HSE and MGIMO, and speaker at WorldFood Moscow.
